Rent Villa Zin

Exclusive rental of a villa in Marrakech from 2 people in luxury hotel service.

From January 04 to December 18 :

9 suites + 1 room : Up to 20 people 2450 €

9 suites + 6 rooms : Up to 32 people 3450 €

From December 18 to January 04 :

From December 18th to January 4th, Villa Zin can just be rented in full for at least 5 nights (maximum sleeping 32 people) at the price of 3450 € per night.

Included in the price for any rental :

- Exclusive rental
- One Airport Transfer* (Round Trip)
- Welcome drink
- Outdoor swimming pool 15X8 meters
- Fitness room, well equiped
- Breakfast
- Property staff (Master of the house, chef and her brigade, cleaning staff, maid, gardener)
- 24-hour security personnel
- Daily cooking and housekeeping
- Bedding service (sheets, towels,…)
- Concierge service

Extra :

Lunch and dinner on request (on average 30 € / lunch/ person; 30 € dinner/ person), Soft drink included
Children under 5 years free Children from 6 years to 12 years half-price
Hammam heating, 100 € / Day
Pool heating 150 € / Day (Notify at least one week before arrival for a minimum of 5 days)

Booking conditions :

The minimum stay of nights is 3 for the whole year, except April and 18 to 31 December when the minimum is 5 nights.
Deposit charged by Villa ZIN at the time of booking: 40%
2nd deposit 45 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount of the reservation is due to Villa Zin.
The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.
Payment on site of a tourist : 3 € per pers per night
A Deposit of 2000 € is required : by cash or by Pre-authorization

N.B : Rental rates do not include organization fees for an event such as a wedding, anniversary, or seminar. An organizational fee is added to the rental.

Cancellation Policy & Fees :

All requests for modification and cancellation must be sent by email
Cancellation policy applies with reference to the local time of the house
The booking deposit is never refunded in case of cancellation.
Cancellation less than 45 Days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to Villa Zin.
No show 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due to Villa Zin
